Czech ambassador: Shanghai could not offer what I found in Vilnius

The Czech Embassy is situated on the right bank of the River Neris, in the heart of Vilnius' rustic Žvėrynas quarter. The country's Ambassador to Lithuania, Bohumil Mazanek, has worked in the world's greatest metropolises, but says there is no better setting for work and living than in Vilnius with its abundance of greenery, comfortable size and therapeutic rustling of the Neris water.
