Lithuanian State Security Department warns ordinary citizens to beware of Russian spies

The Lithuanian State Security Department has issued a warning about a significant surge in Russian intelligence activities in both Lithuania and other countries. The Department has even published a booklet, explaining ordinary citizens the aims and methods of foreign intelligence agencies.
