The Hungarian prime minister, who is notorious for his contradictory statements, said that he was against the Baltic States' attitude towards Russia and highlighted that he was to seek for the European Union (EU) to improve its relations with Moscow. Viktor Orban also said that the values were important, yet that Hungary saw Russia as a business partner first.
