Zydrunas Bartkus, director of the Special Investigation Service, also got into the TOP-10, followed by Diana Vilyte, director of the Public Procurement Office, Prosecutor General Evaldas Pasilis, Judge Egidijus Kuris of the European Court of Human Rights, State Ombudsman Arunas Dulkys, Police Commissioner General Linas Pernavas and Government Chancellor Algirdas Stoncaitis.
