Latvian weekly newspaper SestDiena has carried out an experiment on how to recruit fighters for Eastern Ukraine in the Baltics. The investigation reveals that Klaipėda, the port city in western Lithuania, is a recruitment point for mercenaries to fight in Ukraine's separatist eastern regions.
