The tour, named "In the Footsteps of Samuel Bak", narrates Bak's experiences as a child in the Nazi-occupied Vilnius, according to its creators.

The tour will take one from Vilniaus Street, where the artist's parents lived, via Moniuskos Skveras and Arkliu Street to Samuel Bak Museum in Nagardukas Street.

Born in Vilnius in 1933, Bak held his first exhibition in the Vilna Ghetto at the age of nine. Having survived the Holocaust, he immigrated to Israel and later lived in Western Europe. He studied art in Jerusalem and Paris.

The painter now lives in Boston, in the United States. He has donated some of his works to the museum that was opened in Vilnius in 2017.
