Vilnius VVT bus drivers to go on strike as of December 5

Bus drivers of the public transport company Vilniaus viešasis transportas (VVT) are to go on strike as of 5 December, with all the routes served by VVT open, but less frequent, the Vilnius municipality’s company Susisiekimo paslaugos reports.

Due to the strike, the number of public transport vehicles on Vilnius streets is expected to go down by up to 35% as compared to business as usual.
