Seimas Speaker: energy minister should have declared ownership of Ignitis Group shares

Parliament Speaker Viktorija Čmilytė-Nielsen believes that Minister of Energy Dainius Kreivys should have publicly declared that a company linked to him owns shares of the state-controlled enterprise Ignitis Group.

“This should be declared so there would be no grounds to talk about possible opacity. Of course, such things must be declared and be clear,” Čmilytė-Nielsen told the radio station Žinių radijas on Wednesday.
