Protest organiser to participate in mayoral election

Teacher of the Lithuanian language Astra Genovaitė Astrauskaitė, better known as an active protest organiser, will run as an independent candidate in Vilnius mayoral election in March 2023.

She made the announcement on her Facebook account, stating that it was her “present” to the Homeland Union-Lithuanian Christian Democrats (TS-LKD).
