MP Pavilionis appointed to chair foreign affairs in Seimas

On Tuesday, Seimas Conservatives decided to appoint MP Žygimantas Pavilionis as chair of the Committee on Foreign Affairs.

Pavilionis, the former chair of the Committee, stepped down in early 2022 following a conflict with the party leadership on his criticism of the Government and controversial statements about the presidential office.
