Lithuania will decide on case-by-case basis on humanitarian visas for Russians after announcement of partial mobilisation in Russia

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that Lithuania will continue to consider each case individually before issuing humanitarian visas to Russian citizens. The announcement comes after Russian President Vladimir Putin declared partial mobilisation, which prompted some Russians to flee their country to avoid being sent to fight in the war in Ukraine.
