Home-made explosives were brought to school by a pupil

On Tuesday, a home-made explosive was set off at the Levas Karsavinas School in Vilnius and the police soon determined that it was brought to school by a 15-year-old pupil.

As reported, on 31 January, the police received a call that three plastic bottles containing a chemical substance were discovered on a stairway of the school and one of the bottles exploded.
