"According to the latest information available to ESO, the abundant wet snow has left 20,000 to 25,000 households in Lithuania without electricity," Paulius Kalmantas, spokesman for the electricity and natural gas distribution company Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius (ESO), told BNS.
As the snowfall continues, the figure is set to rise, he added.
