Farmers & Greens leader: non-liberal government would have come 1.5 years earlier with snap election

Lithuania would have a non-liberal government now had the Seimas accepted the Conservatives’ proposal for a snap election, says the leader of the opposition Farmers and Greens.

“If early elections had been held, we would have had another government a year and a half earlier. Obviously not a liberal one. This is evident when you look at all the ratings,” Ramūnas Karbauskis told Žinių radijas on Friday.
