Lithuania's acting Prosecutor General Darius Raulušaitis on Monday turned to European Parliament President Martin Schulz with a request to take away the immunity from prosecution of Lithuanian MEP Viktor Uspaskich. The Lithuanian Court of Appeals is currently hearing a fraud case against him.
