Christmas shopping is great fun but it can also be tiring, especially if you’re in a new city, visit.kaunas.lt invites. Check out the list below if you’re looking for original gifts and souvenirs for your friends and family. There’s more than one festive fair or bazaar going on every weekend in December, and we’ve selected the most interesting and cosy ones. Happy shopping – don’t forget to treat yourself, too. Oh, and don’t forget the Christmas Market at the Town Hall Square is open every single day. Visit the Kaunas IN Tourism Information Centre in the Town Hall for kaunastic souvenirs if you’re around.

Sustainable fashion and items for sustainable living, as well as eco-friendly gift packing and inventive workshops. Every day until Christmas – find the tiny shop right beside Park Inn by Radisson Kaunas hotel.

December 10
D.EFECT Pop Up, Holas

The brave Lithuanian fashion brand has just celebrated its 10 years of beautiful existence. For one day only, it’s opening a pop-up store in one of the trendiest bars in Kaunas. Expect new collection and exclusive items. The team is also bringing a matching jewellery brand called Ginger Tail.

Friends Christmas Market, Vingiu Dubingiu Pub

For the third time in a row, the Friends Christmas Market is coming back to the craft beer pub to represent the creative gift ideas of the local manufacturers. It will be held in the pub’s backyard under a cosy tent with warming drinks, hot food, festive music, and plenty of socialisation opportunities.

Great Kaunas Christmas Fair, Žalgirio arena
