Ekspress Grupp acquires news website Lrytas

Ekspress Grupp, the leading media group in the Baltic States, has acquired news website lrytas.lt from Lithuania’s largest newspaper Lietuvos rytas.

On 9 December, AS Ekspress Grupp signed an agreement with UAB Lietuvos rytas on the acquisition of 100% of shares of its subsidiary UAB Lrytas, which owns the website lrytas.lt. The amount of the transaction and other conditions are confidential.
