Under the government's resolution, as of September 13, many services will be provided only to vaccinated people, those who have had the virus or people having negative PCR tests done within the past 48 hours.

Businesses, however, are allowed to start using national certificates before the official restrictions come into force. In that case, businesses can operate freely without the need to comply with the existing epidemiological conditions for providing services.

As of today, public catering venues, operating without national certificates, will be able to serve no more than two people or members of one family at one table inside the venue and no more then five people or members of one family outside. They will be required to wear masks when not eating.

Masks will remain mandatory at trade and services venues operating without national certificates, as well as the existing ventilating, disinfecting and distance-keeping requirements will remain in place. Businesses operating with national certificates will be able to operate freely.

People attending indoor events without national certificates will be required to wear masks, be divided into sectors of no more than 500 people and will only be able to sit during events. The venue will have to be filled no more than 75 percent.

With national COVID-19 certificates, the number of audience members during both outdoor and indoor events will not be limited, and during event with no more than 500 participants, people will be allowed to eat while seated.
