LtGen Hodges on whether NATO troops should be permanently stationed in the Baltics

The Lithuania Tribune / EN.DELFI TV spoke to the Commanding General of the U.S. Army Europe, LtGen Ben Hodges. In light of continuous Russian provocation to the Baltic States, we asked Hodges whether it’s time for NATO troops to be permanently stationed in the region.
