Voters needed to pre-register to vote at home.

Due to the coronavirus threat this year, voting at home is allowed not only for disabled people, those over 70 incapable of arriving at their polling stations, but also for carers of disabled people, as well as people suspected of having the coronavirus or required to self-isolate due to contact with an infected person or after a foreign trip.

68 lawmakers are being elected to the Lithuanian parliament, the Seimas, in the election runoff in single-member constituencies. Three were elected during the first round of voting. And another 70 MPs were elected from political, parties' candidate lists.

The main voting in the Seimas election's runoff will take place on Sunday, October 25.
