Namas pastatytas ant 150 metų senumo trumpaspyglės pušies šakų. Šis neįprastas namas – tai kūrybingos sutuoktinių poros Peterio ir Katie Bahouthų rankų darbas. Namuką sudaro trys kambariai, tarpusavyje sujungti virviniais tiltais ir įstabiai apšviesti. Buvęs „Greenpeace“ vadovas P. Bahouthas šią vietą įsigijo 2000 m., o ateinančius šešis mėnesius projektavo ir statė šį tobulą prieglobstį gamtoje.
Jaukią svetainę puošia dailūs senoviniai daiktai ir iš perdirbtų medžiagų pagaminti baldai. Pagrindiniai interjero akcentai – šviestuvas ir 80 metų senumo langas. Miegamajame svečiai gali mėgautis gamta neišlipdami iš lovos, nes ją galima tiesiog išstumti ant platformos, iš kurios atsiveria vaizdas į šalia tekantį upelį.
Būkite ramūs – tikrai nesušalsite: organiška lininė patalynė puikiai dera su šildomu čiužiniu, taigi visą naktį mėgausitės malonia šiluma. Šalia namo – terasa, kurioje telpa iki 10 asmenų. Čia taip pat yra hamakas, kuriame dieną maloniai supdamiesi galėsite snūduriuoti, o naktį skaičiuoti žvaigždes.
Vis dėlto jei jums norėsis patyrinėti apylinkes, būsto savininkai paruošė sąrašą nuostabių vietų, kurias verta aplankyti. Netikėtai išalkę galėsite užsisakyti picą, kuri jums bus pristatyta tiesiai ant medžio šakų.
Tiesa, šis nepakartojamas grožis nėra pigus. Minimalus apsistojimas – su dviem nakvynėmis, kurių vienos kaina siekia 313 eurų, tačiau ši vieta tikrai verta šių pinigų. Nieko keisto, kad buvusio „Greenpeace“ vadovo pastatytas namas čia jau apsilankiusių svečių vertinamas aukščiausiu balu – penkiomis žvaigždutėmis.
„Nustebinau žmoną gimtadienio proga. Visa viešnagė priminė pasaką, naktį viskas būna apšviesta“, – įspūdžiais dalijosi Brentas.
„Mėgavausi judančiu tiltu, jaučiausi lyg piratų laive. Kiekviena detalė išradinga ir smagi, įskaitant lovą ant bėgių, kurią gali išstumti ir miegoti po medžių viršūnėmis – neįtikėtina“, – viešnage džiaugėsi svečias.
