Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė believes that Lithuania feels safer now than two years ago, as it no longer needs to convince its partners of Russia’s threat.
“They have been threatening everybody all along the way, targeting Vilnius, Warsaw, London, and others. This is how they behave. Ironically, in this situation we feel much safer than we did two years ago,” Šimonytė told the Ukrinform news agency in an interview during her visit to Kyiv on November 26.
