Russian citizens who have documents proving their Lithuanian origin will be allowed entry to Lithuania

The Ministry of the Interior announced on Thursday that Russian citizens who do not meet the criteria set by the Government would not be allowed entry to Lithuania, but those who have documents proving their Lithuanian origin or the right to have Lithuanian citizenship restored, as well as unaccompanied minors, may enter the country.

The Ministry of the Interior stated that exceptions would be applied if the Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides information in advance that Russian citizens should be allowed to enter the country on humanitarian grounds.
