According to figures from the electoral commission in Vilnius, Trzaskowski received 352 votes in the Lithuanian capital, compared with 129 for the incumbent, Andrzej Duda.
A total of 481 voters cast their voters in Vilnius, including 141 people on a short visit to the Lithuanian capital.
Marian Sokalski, the chairman of the electoral commission in Vilnius, confirmed to BNS that Polish tourists had had an impact on the results in Lithuania.
"Yes, we can see that the election in Poland and polls show completely different results than in Vilnius," Sokalski said.
"Tourists have a major impact. We see the preferences of tourists, along with those of Polish citizens who live in Lithuania," he said. "Personally, I don't think this is a result that reflects the situation in the whole of Poland."
An exit poll in Poland's presidential election indicated a narrow lead for Duda over Trzaskowski.
