Nausėda: food security should not be used as cover for weakening our sanctions

As European leaders seek a final agreement on the 9th package of sanctions against Russia, President Gitanas Nausėda stresses that food security should not be used as a reason for easing the restrictions proposed against the Kremlin regime.

“9th sanctions package is on its way. Food security shouldn’t be used as cover for weakening our sanctions!” the head of state tweeted.
