Nausėda continues to top next president’s rankings

Incumbent President Gitanas Nausėda retains his position as the most likely candidate to win the Lithuanian presidential election if it were to take place in the nearest future, a poll has shown. Ignas Vėgėlė, former chairman of the Council of the Lithuanian Bar, is behind Nausėda only by 3 percent.

The survey commissioned by the news website Delfi was carried out by public opinion and market research firm Spinter Tyrimai on 18–28 October to interview residents aged 18–75.
