Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaitė is leaving for Paris on Monday to attend the 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 21). The meeting, to be attended by almost 150 state and government leaders from around the globe, is expected to arrive at agreements on greenhouse gas emissions and action to stop climate change.
