"The Lithuanian embassy to Norway has today received a reply from the Norwegian police to its inquiry about possible Lithuanian victims of the attack in Kongsberg," Vytaute Smaizyte-Kuliesiene, Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis' spokeswoman, told BNS.

"The police informed [the embassy] that one of the victims is a female Lithuanian citizen who has been living in Norway for 14 years," she said. "The citizen is no longer in hospital after receiving medical attention."

Police have said that Espen Andersen Brathen, a 37-year-old Danish citizen living in the area, was arrested shortly after the attack Kongsberg, southwest of the Norwegian capital Oslo.
