Lithuania and Israel agreed on closer cybersecurity cooperation

On Thursday, 2 March, the Ministry of National Defence of Lithuania and the Israel National Cyber Directorate signed a bilateral agreement on cooperation in the area of cybersecurity in Jerusalem, the Lithuanian ministry said.

“Cyber threats know no borders, therefore cooperation with Israel and exchange of relevant information and knowledge will help to improve cybersecurity of both countries,” said Liudas Ališauskas, director of the National Cyber Security Centre under the Ministry of Defence, signing the agreement.
