Landsbergis: terrorists do not stop unless they are stopped

International media has reported that in the early hours of Tuesday water started spilling from the Nova Kakhovka dam on the Dnipro River in southern Ukraine. Ukraine’s military said Russian forces blew up the dam. Lithuania’s Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis reacted to the news by reiterating that Russia has to be stopped.
