IOM Lietuva will help Ukrainians searching for accommodation

The International Organisation for Migration Vilnius Office (IOM Lietuva), in cooperation with the accommodation platform AirBnB, will help Ukrainian citizens searching for apartments in Lithuania.

According to Eitvydas Bingelis, Head of IOM Lietuva, Ukrainian refugees started arriving to Lithuania several months ago as they fled Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. In some cases, now they have to move from their current apartments but have not found new ones. Therefore, IOM Lietuva and AirBnB will offer short-term accommodation solutions both to those Ukrainians who arrived earlier and recently.
