The former first lady underwent medication treatment to improve her cerebral blood flow.
"Adamkiene's condition is stable, it has improved," Gitana Letukiene, spokeswoman for Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos told BNS.
The hospital would give no further details, citing the patient's right to privacy.
Adamkiene was hospitalized several weeks ago because of problems with blood vessels. She was treated in intensive care last winter.
Adamkus served two terms as Lithuanian president between 1998 and 2009.
