Foreign Minister at Davos Economic Forum: Russia seeks to deter us from helping Ukraine

On 17 January, in the Davos World Economic Forum Annual Meeting, head of Lithuania’s diplomacy Gabrielius Landsbergis took part in a session titled Thinking the Unthinkable: The Risk of Nuclear Confrontation, reports the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“Creating a narrative of power is one of Russia’s tools to navigate our decision-making process and deter us from helping Ukraine. We cannot succumb to this narrative. Being unafraid does not mean you should be unprepared,” the head of Lithuania’s diplomacy said during the discussion.
