Deputy government chancellor discusses sanctions against Russia, Belarus with Czech Deputy Foreign Minister

On Wednesday, First Deputy Chancellor of the Government Rolandas Kriščiūnas met with Jaroslav Kurfürst, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Czech Republic, to discuss key international issues, as well as those on the agenda of the Czech EU Presidency, particularly in the context of Russia’s war against Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.

The meeting focussed on support for Ukraine, European Union (EU) sanctions against Russia and Belarus, energy security challenges for the Community countries and the EU’s Eastern Partnership policy.
