Defence Ministry: DCISM troops formally deployed to mission in Türkiye

The Lithuanian Armed Forces continues contributing to the multinational operations and missions in 2023. On January 3, troops with the Deployable Communication and IS Module (DCISM), Lithuanian Great Hetman Kristupas Radvila Perkūnas Signal and IS Battalion, were formally deployed for a six-month mission at the international NATO-led operation NS2T (NATO Support to Türkiye) in Adana, Türkiye, the National Defence Ministry said.

By deploying its sixth DCISM to the mission the Lithuanian Armed Forces contributes to the efforts of the international community in support of peace process in Türkiye.
