Conservative legislator asks ethics watchdogs to assess another MP’s statements about Russia

Conservative MP Bronislovas Matelis has addressed the Seimas Commission for Ethics and Procedures requesting it to assess non-attached MP Mindaugas Puidokas’ statements about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Matelis believes the MP might have breached his oath and violated ethics standards, and asks the Commission to oblige him to apologise for inciting hatred and war.
