Agricultural data centre launched after merging three subordinate bodies

The Ministry of Agriculture announces that a new state enterprise, the Agricultural Data Centre, started operating on Tuesday, replacing three state-owned companies in the ministry’s efforts to improve the efficiency of its subordinate bodies.

The new centre took over all the rights and obligations of the reorganised state enterprises Žemės ūkio informacijos ir kaimo verslo centras (Agricultural Information and Rural Business Centre), National Centre for Remote Sensing and Geoinformatics GIS-Centras and Valstybės žemės fondas (State Land Fund).
