On Tuesday, 1 116 new coronavirus cases were recorded in Lithuania. Overall, the country has already detected 222 020 COVID-19 cases.

Yesterday 10 people died of COVID-19. In total, the death toll related to COVID-19 reaches 8 072 cases.

10 906 cases are still active.

On Tuesday, 7 412 tests were done to detect COVID-19. In total, 2 364 123 tests have been done in Lithuania since the beginning of the pandemic.

Yesterday 11 483 people got the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine, 2 862 - the second one.

In total, 404 477 people were already vaccinated once in Lithuania, 179 386 - twice.
