“After the NATO mission, when they checked walls, the cost went up by EUR 6 million. The plan was that we would need EUR 11 million [for Litexpo to meet NATO standards – ELTA], but it has turned into (&) EUR 17 million,” Rolandas Kriščiūnas told the Seimas’ Anticorruption Commission on Wednesday.
