A couple of weeks ago, Lithuania lifted the three-month suspension of the broadcasting of the Russian channel RTR Planeta. Prior to that, NTV Mir Lithuania resumed its broadcasts. Along with the PBK (First Baltic Channel), these channels comprise the backbone of the pro-Putin propaganda that is disseminated in Lithuania.
