EC Andriukaitis agrees that Lithuanian doctors should 'work off' in regions for degree

European Commissioner Vytenis Povilas Andriukaitis of Lithuania in charge of health care and food safety agrees that doctors who receive degrees for money provided by the state should be put under the obligation of working it off in regions.
