The first plane took off from Vilnius at 7.35 a.m., and is set to return from Dormund to Vilnius at 5.45 p.m., Vilnius Airports said. Flights will take place on Mondays and Fridays.
As of Monday, the Hungarian company will also resume its regular flights from Lithuania's second-largest city of Kaunas to Norway's Alesund and Bergen.
On Wednesday, the Lithuanian government allowed resuming air transport between Lithuania and Germany and the Netherlands.
Lithuania has already resumed regular flights to Oslo, Frankfurt, Riga and Tallinn.
