Turnover of retail trade enterprises at EUR 15.7bn

In 2021, the turnover of retail trade enterprises (VAT and excise excluded) amounted to EUR 15.7 billion and, compared to the previous year, grew in both the Capital Region and the Central and Western Lithuania Region. An increase in turnover of retail trade enterprises per capita was also observed, reports Statistics Lithuania.

In 2021, in the Capital Region, the turnover of retail trade enterprises amounted to EUR 5.5 billion (35.3 percent of total retail trade turnover in the country), in the Central and Western Lithuania Region – EUR 10.1 billion (64.7 percent).
