Lithuania's Tripartite Council, which brings together representatives of the government, some employers and trade unions, on Monday is to resume discussion on raising the minimum monthly wage next January.

Inga Ruginienė, head of the Lithuanian Confederation of Trade Unions and chairwoman of the council, told BNS last week that trade unions continued to seek that the minimum wage before taxes be increased to 450 euros, from the current 400 euros.
