Regulator suggests consumers should review contracts with electricity suppliers as prices start decreasing

With electricity prices on the market falling in January, consumers should review their contracts with electricity suppliers if they pay a fixed price exceeding 0.28 EUR/kWh, says Renatas Pocius, head of the National Energy Regulatory Council (VERT).

“We would urge all consumers to read, review contracts concluded with independent suppliers. Especially those consumers who signed contracts at a price higher than 0.28 EUR/kWh,” said Pocius.
