Public display of tobacco in shops to end as of 2025

The Seimas has decided to prohibit the public display of tobacco products, tobacco-related products and devices in retail outlets as of 2025.

MPs on Thursday adopted the corresponding amendments to the Law on the Control of Tobacco, Tobacco Products and Related Products by 44 votes, 13 votes against and 17 abstentions.
