Perlas Energija, an independent power provider in Lithuania, said on Friday it's changing plans for its all customers, and those on fixed-price plans will be moved to the variable-price plan "Exchange".

"We are abolishing fixed-price plans for existing and future customers and moving everyone to a plan directly linked to the exchange," the company's CEO Vilius Juraitis told a press conference.

Customers started receiving notifications an hour ago, he said, adding that all customers are expected to be notified on Friday. They will be put on the new plan within a month.
