Number of active economic entities grows by 8% per year

According to the data of 1 January 2023, there were 122,458 economic entities operating in Lithuania (excluding natural persons engaged in economic activity), which accounted for 49 percent of all economic entities registered in the Register of Legal Entities.

Compared to the beginning of 2022, the number of active economic entities grew by 8 percent, reports State Data Agency (Statistics Lithuania).
