Media: Hanner merges its holding companies in Lithuania

Estonia-based Hanner Group is merging Trust Capital and Hanner, its real estate development holdings operating in Lithuania, the business news portal vz.lt reports.

“Currently, there are 67 companies in total under these companies. We want to merge them and reduce the number of companies whose functions can be taken over by others. The structure is currently too broad and our aim is to make it more efficient,” Arvydas Avulis, main shareholder and board chairman of the group, told the news portal.
