Klaipėda LNG terminal gas imports nearly double in 2022

In 2022, the Klaipėda liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal has nearly doubled its gas imports which totalled 5 million cubic metres or 32.22 TWh, the Ministry of Energy said.

Gas imports from Norway went up by a third last year, after the Hammerfest liquefied natural gas plant completed repairs that lasted more than a year and restarted its production.
